I am looking forward to trying some of these for Thanksgiving! I’m a vegetarian and we’ve often had tofu with all the trimmings on Thanksgiving. I like the flavor of Tofurkey, but sadly it gives me indigestion! I started a new full time job at the end of August, and my cooking has fallen into a rut! I look forward to a Thanksgiving vacation and time to cook some lovely dishes for my family like these!
